The Solution
We developed separate rider and driver apps with a shared backend, implementing efficient WebSocket connections for real-time updates and offline capabilities for areas with poor connectivity.
The Result
10,000+ downloads in first month, 4.8 star rating on Play Store, and successful processing of 5,000+ rides weekly. The service now operates across Accra and Kumasi.
